Januray 2012 saved a 84 year old woman's home from foreclsoure. She was 8 months deliquent on her mortage and of course the Foreclsoure Notice had been filed.
This is not the first home I have saved during myt 7 years as a Reverse Mortgage Specialist. If it wasn't for this government insured loan progarm, she would be out on the street very soon.

Even if she could have qualifed based on her income and creidt (which would be very poor), no conventional lender or evan a sub-prime lender would take her out of foreclose when the borrower is deliquent on thier mortgage. And... the government's programs to save your home from foreclsoure did not work either.
